Ayurveda Inspires United Kingdom

It’s now UK’s turn to help its citizens reach life-wellness with Ayurveda—with the coming up of hordes of Ayurvedic spas, retreats, health treatment centres and, now, an Ayurveda-inspired magazine called, Inspired Times!

Ayurvedic know-how is fast spreading in the UK with the rest of the European countries that include; France, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Croatia. Thanks to the passion, grit and determination of a few organisations such as Jiva Ayurveda, lead by Dr. Partap Chauhan, and a handful of his associates, friends and past students spread across Europe and elsewhere.

Headquartered in the cultural city of Bristol, Inspired Times is the creation of its founder Sharon Henshall, an Ayurveda freak and an ex-student of Dr. Chauhan. The inaugural issue of this quarterly magazine, launched in June 2009, carries a number of exhilarating articles and columns on spirituality and social action, healthcare, community service, kids’ creativity, festivals and events and much more.
